  1. Consumer questions, complaints and comments

We offer our consumers the possibility to submit any questions , complaints or comments with regard to Kiddylicious’s products via our website. The following data is collected, stored and processed:

  • Email address
  • IP address.

The processing of the data is exclusively for processing your question, complaint or comment. Your data will be stored for as long as needed to treat your request, and will be deleted within 13 months afterwards. In exceptional circumstances, and only for complaints, the data may be archived for 5 years. Your data may be disclosed to another affiliate of Kiddylicious for the purpose of further investigation of your question or complaint. You can find our affiliates on our corporate website (www.lotusbakeries.com). For transfer to our affiliates outside the EEA we provide appropriate safeguards. This processing is based on our legitimate interest to improve our services.

  1. Newsletter

You can subscribe to our newsletter to receive commercial communications about promotional offers, discounts and competitions. Provided you have given us free, explicit and informed consent to do so, we collect, store and process your name and e-mail address. You can withdraw or change your consent at any time by sending an e-mail to: customercare@kiddylicious.com in which case we will delete your personal data within 2 weeks.

We rely on the services of Mailchimp to send our newsletters. Your data will be transferred to them only for the purpose of sending such newsletters.

  1. Promotional activities

You may find a link to a temporary promotional offer or competition on our website. For the processing of personal data in such promotions, we have separate terms and conditions that you must accept if you want to participate in these promotions or competitions.

Within the framework of our commercial activities, and more specifically related to the management of our (potential and actual) clients and (potential and actual) suppliers, it is possible that we receive or collect personal data.

The processing of the data is exclusively for managing our business relationships and is therefore based on our legitimate interest. We will always take your privacy rights into account. Your data will be stored for 10 years after the end of our business relationship and will be subject to continuous monitoring.

Prize draws

  • Please be informed that by participating in our ‘Online shopping’ survey your personal data will be collected in compliance with the Kiddylicous privacy policy. After completing the survey you will have the chance to win a goodie box of Kiddylicious snacks. The T&C’s connected to the prize draw can be found here.

Parenting tips

  • Kiddylicious sometimes calls on parents to deliver real life parenting tips and other social media content. The content that is selected to be used, is rewarded with a generous box of Kiddylicous snacks.
  • By submitting a tip and photo (‘Content’) you are giving us permission to use your Content on the Kiddylicious Facebook and Instagram worldwide. To be able to send you your reward, we will ask for your home address. Your home address will be deleted immediately after we have send you your reward.

Parenting tips

  • Kiddylicious sometimes calls on parents to deliver real life parenting tips and other social media content. The content that is selected to be used, is rewarded with a generous box of Kiddylicous snacks.
  • By submitting a tip and photo (‘Content’) you are giving us permission to use your Content on the Kiddylicious Facebook and Instagram worldwide.
  • To be able to send you your yummy box of snacks, we will ask for your first name, surname, and home address. By providing us with your personal data you authorize us to process that information for the purpose of contacting the winner and sending the prize. Your personal data will be deleted immediately after the prize has been sent.
  • Open to UK residents only. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
  • This competition is in no way endorsed, sponsored or administered by Instagram or Facebook.

You may find a link to a temporary promotional offer or competition on our website and/or social media channels. For the processing of personal data in such promotions, we have separate terms and conditions that you must accept if you want to participate in these promotions or competitions.

 

In any case, the personal data we collect in this event is very limited and not systematic. We use information that we collect about you to contact you in case you have won a prize. Additionally, in compliance with our legal obligations, a list of winners will be kept to indicate a valid award of prize(s) took place (ordinarily the surname and county of major prize-winners and, if applicable, their winning entries). This list may be shared with third parties upon request. The winner can always oppose to have this information included in this list. Without prejudice, we will provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on reasonable request. In each case, the information we collected will be deleted within 3 months after the end of the promotion.
