Fisherman’s Pie with Vegetables

This recipe is far better than just a fishy on a little dishy. After slow cooking finely chopped carrots and potatoes, we stir green peas and cooked minced haddock into a delicious creamy sauce and add a snip of parsley for a meal that is guaranteed to be the catch of the day, any day.
