1 heaped tbsp plain creme fraiche

1 ripe tomato, skinned and deseeded, finely chopped

50g Natural plain yoghurt

¼ of a small banana, mashed

Pinch of cinnamon

Red Velvet Cupcakes

Ingredients

For the red velvet cupcakes:

  • 60g unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 150g caster sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 10g cocoa powder
  • 20ml red food colouring
  • ½tsp vanilla extract
  • 120ml buttermilk
  • 150g plain flour
  • ½tsp salt
  • ½tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • 1½tsp white wine vinegar

For the cream cheese frosting:

  • 300g icing sugar, sifted
  • 50g unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 125g cream cheese, cold
  • 1 pack of Kiddylicious Raspberry Tiddlers

Vanilla Cupcakes

Ingredients

For the vanilla cupcake:

  • 6 oz self-raising flour
  • 6 oz caster sugar
  • 6 oz butter
  • 3 medium eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the icing:

  • 3 oz Icing sugar
  • 3 oz butter
  • 5 drops pink food colouring
  • 6 packets Kiddylicious Strawberry Wriggles (cut into little pieces)
