We’re looking for a talented Digital Marketing leader to own the customer experience across all digital touchpoints who wants to make a difference to a rapidly growing brand. 6-8 years digital marketing experience
An outstanding communicator and presenter both orally and visually
Team player: able to build relationships quickly and influence diverse stakeholders across all levels, both internally and externally, through your natural passion and enthusiasm
An ability to prioritise, organise and deliver results in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
Confident in proposing solutions on how to improve and drive the brand forward
Strong negotiating skills and persistence despite obstacles.

Develop, manage and implement the UK digital marketing plans and metrics which deliver against the marketing strategy
Create the Kiddylicious Digital Repeatable Model: own, capture, propagate and continuously Improve
Work alongside the Marketing Manager and Marketing Director to create the annual brand plan
Agency management: Media and Website agencies
Manages media partnerships and digital campaigns driving performance and optimisations
Own website optimisation
Social Channels strategy/plan/execution/evaluation
Understanding of e-commerce principles (specifically online retailer media and Amazon)
Support content strategy development
Line management of one direct report at Marketing Executive level
