National Account Manager
Monday - Friday (9am to 5pm)
We’re on the hunt for an ambitious & talented Grocery Account Manager who can bring our commercial strategy to life and develop strong relationships with our retail partners.
To devise & deliver exceptional joint business plans with key Grocery, Convenience & Online customers, ensuring sales of our products are maximised at key trading periods.
Manage P&L and forecasting of assigned accounts. Delivering value, volume and GP% metrics
Extend our depth & breadth of product ranges in customers across all the main estate formats. As well as seeking out exciting opportunities to unlock new business
To build unrivalled cross functional relationships with key customer contacts across buying, supply chain, category & merchandising teams.
Deliver top class visibility and penetration through bringing Kiddylicious alive in stores (POS, secondary displays & winning in key events)
Work with the Category Manager to develop category stories & insights that drive significant business benefit.
You will likely be an existing National Account Manager with experience of working on the Top 4. You might also be a National Account Executive on the hunt for the next step.

A great track record of driving sales and profitability while working on Top 6 FMCG accounts.
Results driven – you can show examples of strong, tangible business results that you have led personally.
Resilience and determination – obstacles don’t hold you back and you work effectively when faced with a tough buyer or tricky negotiation.
Analytical – you are all over the data and can bring new and relevant insights on your accounts.
